Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Understands inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience/certification - or is willing to get certified (training provided).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree is a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Run the warehouse: Oversee receiving, storage, staging, inventory, and shipping.
• Lead the team: Assign work, set expectations, coach employees, and hold the team accountable.
• Keep inventory on point: Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and quickly resolve discrepancies.
• Make things better: Identify bottlenecks, improve processes, and develop practical SOPs.
• Keep it safe: Enforce safety standards and ensure equipment is properly used and maintained.
• Keep operations moving: Work closely with dispatch and operations to ensure jobs are prepared and ready to go.
• Plan ahead: Help manage staffing and workload during busy seasons.
