Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our Lincoln, Nebraska facility. You will lead multiple teams under the Warehouse Manager, driving efficiency, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement across shipping, receiving, and inventory processes.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to develop and coach diverse teams.
• 5+ years of experience in relevant roles.
• 2+ years leadership in shipping/receiving/stockroom.
• Knowledge of ISO and Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping and receiving activities.
• Oversee warehouse operations with C-TPAT, 5S, and safety initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
• Manage inventory including storage and labeling.
• Conduct inventory audits, cycle counts, and annual physicals.
• Initiate corrective actions to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate imports/exports and warehouse logistics.
• Lead, train, coach, and schedule the team; manage certifications.
• Support Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
