Job summary

Target Distribution Center in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Warehouse Worker to coordinate daily operations, assign tasks, monitor performance, and support a safety culture.

You will assist Operations Managers, lead a team, identify process improvements, conduct root-cause analyses, and ensure timely, accurate product flow to meet daily and monthly goals while upholding Target's values.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of leadership, warehousing or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise weighing 47 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
• Basic math and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tasks and coordinate work activities and process flow.
• Assist Operations Managers in scheduling and improving efficiency.
