TKC Holdings, Inc. is seeking a supervisor for Distribution Center/Warehouse operations in New Jersey. You will oversee commissary services and lead staff across stockers, pickers, shipping, and drivers to ensure accurate receiving, inventory, and rotations.

Responsibilities include training, scheduling, and performance reviews while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential in this hands-on role with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year certificate from college or technical school or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to lead people and achieve results through others.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with changing priorities and situations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution center/warehouse operations for commissary services.
• Maintain knowledge of KCN, Shipping and Outbound operations.
• Train, schedule, and discipline stockers, pickers, shipping staff, drivers, and receiving staff.
• Ensure accurate receiving, inventory, stocking and FIFO rotation.
• Oversee quality production, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Delegate workload to meet daily goals and report issues.
• Perform weekly/daily audits and manage weekly timesheets for temporary staff.
• Assist to conduct Employee Performance Reviews.
