Job summary

USABlueBook, a division of HD SUPPLY, seeks a DC supervisor to oversee multiple warehouse departments, drive safety, and ensure timely order processing and replenishment. You will guide teams, coordinate activities, and uphold quality standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Proven DC leadership is required along with strong training skills and a track record of improving productivity and inventory controls. This role requires residence near Westampton, NJ and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a distribution center.
• 2+ years in a lead or mentorship role.
• Background check and drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments within the distribution center (case pick, shipping, receiving, returns, loading, order processing, replenishment).
• Provide direction and motivation to warehouse associates while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor productivity and balance workload to meet production and delivery goals.
• Provide training and tools to ensure safe and efficient task completion.
• Identify process improvements to enhance DC performance and inventory management.
