Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics seeks an experienced engineer to design scalable eCommerce fulfillment solutions for contract logistics. You will analyze requirements, develop labor models, create layouts in AutoCAD, and prepare ROI/TCO analyses for proposals.

Key duties include supporting RFPs, collaborating with Commercial, IT, and Operations, and delivering end-to-end solutions with a focus on productivity, accuracy, and value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial engineering, warehouse design, fulfillment operations, or Contract Logistics.
• Experience supporting eCommerce or DTC fulfillment operations.
• Experience designing warehouse layouts, labor models, and workflows.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
• Knowledge of WMS/OMS, warehouse automation, and parcel fulfillment operations.
• Experience developing ROI, TCO, and operational business cases.

• Provide engineering support for eCommerce Contract Logistics opportunities.
• Design innovative fulfillment and automation solutions that improve operational performance.
• Deliver technically sound and commercially competitive customer solutions.
• Support implementation of new customer start-ups and operational improvement initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
