Job summary

FOX Factory is seeking a Supervisor of Production Control for the 1st shift (5:00am–3:30pm) at our Gainesville, GA facility. You will supervise staff, organize workflow, and drive production results while enforcing safety and quality standards.

This role requires hands-on leadership, robust knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, and experience with control systems. Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, monitoring processing steps, and maintaining performance records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience and people leadership.
• Experience with controls and instrumentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves production workflow by scheduling staff, coordinating with departments, and monitoring progress.
• Ensures safety and quality by upholding policies, leading training, and enforcing standards.
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
• Drives cost reductions and process improvements through data analysis and reporting.
