Job summary

Sazerac in New Albany, IN seeks a Warehouse Receiving Lead to head inbound operations, truck unloading, inventory management, and forklift tasks on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule with a 6:45am - 7pm shift.

You will ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories, coordinate with the materials coordinator team inbound appointments, and support unloading while maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• MS Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse workflows for efficient material movement and timely receiving.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Oversee inbound appointments and coordination with materials coordinator team.
• Manage dry components inventory and maintain a safe, clean work environment.
