Job summary

Bay Insulation of Missouri is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and production operations in our metal building insulation facility. You will supervise General Laborers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators while assisting with laminator and band saw setup and troubleshooting to maintain continuous production.

Responsibilities include scheduling, shipping coordination, safety compliance, QA checks, and driving process improvements in safety, waste reduction,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in manufacturing, warehouse, or production with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop production teams.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing safety, lean principles, and quality control processes.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and quality standards.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and hold accountable all General Laborers, Material Handlers, and Machine Operators.
• Assign daily tasks, establish priorities, and monitor performance to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery timelines.
• Conduct daily safety talks, team meetings, and performance feedback discussions.
• Promote teamwork and open communication across warehouse and production functions.
• Assist in laminator and band saw setup, operation, and troubleshooting to maintain continuous operation.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks to support production and shipping schedules.
• Drive process improvements in safety, waste reduction, productivity, and inventory management.
