Job summary

Perry Ellis International, Inc. seeks an experienced Outbound Operations Manager to oversee the Dublin, GA warehouse. You will lead a high‑performing team and direct all outbound activities to improve shipping accuracy, safety, and efficiency.

The role requires WMOS expertise, Lean/Six Sigma experience, and a strong background in warehouse management. You will collaborate with procurement, sales, and transportation to optimize inventory and ensure OSHA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years in warehouse management or logistics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience managing a team of 190+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of WMOS and inventory control.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma process improvements.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and warehouse safety best practices.
• Proficiency in Google Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and direct all outbound warehouse activities, including storage, order fulfillment, and shipping.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety regulations, and laws.
• Oversee maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and facilities.
