Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking an Order Processing Supervisor located in Dublin, Georgia. In this role, you will be responsible for processing orders, ensuring that shipments are timely and adhere to customer specifications. Leadership, training, and motivation of your team will be key responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a distribution center or manufacturing, with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership skills and proficiency with Inventory Management Software are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 years in distribution center and/or manufacturing experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience needed.
• Working knowledge of warehouse functions is essential.

Responsibilities

• Process orders and ensure timely processing and shipping.
• Supervise, train, coach, motivate, and counsel team members.
• Maintain standard operational efficiency and meet UPH targets.
• Monitor daily progress, alert management of any timeline risks.
• Ensure strict accuracy of inventory throughout the operational process.
• Coordinate timely shipping with cartons arriving in advance.
