Job summary

Hanes Geo Components (HGC), a division of Leggett & Platt, is seeking a Warehouse Lead at our Midland, TX location to manage daily warehouse operations, supervise staff, coordinate shipping and receiving, and ensure accurate inventory control. You will lead by example, maintain safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement within the site.

The role requires experience with lift trucks and RF scanning, forklift certification, and strong communication skills.
