Hanes Geo Components (HGC) in Midland, TX is seeking a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage staff, and ensure accurate shipping/receiving and inventory control.

Responsibilities include leading the team, preparing shipping documents, counting inventory, loading/unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while conforming to quality and safety requirements and supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping/receiving and inventory control.
• Forklift certified and capable of lifting 50+ pounds.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and stop non-conformances related to products and the quality system.
• Prevent nonconformities in product, service, and management system.
• Suggest improvements and verify implementations.
• Manage warehouse inventory via accurate shipping/receiving and weekly cycle counts.
• Count incoming inventory and create inventory tickets.
• Load/unload trucks and lead warehouse staff in daily tasks.
• Prepare and complete all shipping documents.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and safety compliance.
• Schedule carriers and ensure freight is tagged and tracked.
