Omya Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Operator in Wisconsin to manage railcar loadout systems, bulk bagging, and palletizing equipment. You will operate forklifts and trackmobiles, maintain quality standards, and follow strict safety protocols to ensure on-time delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role requires reading procedures, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a dynamic production environment, with overtime and potential weekend work as per production schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Technical training or certifications in industrial equipment operation are highly desirable.
• Proven proficiency operating heavy machinery including forklifts and trackmobiles; computer literacy required.
• Ability to read and follow procedures; strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate railcar loadout system and bulk bagging machinery.
• Operate automated palletizing machines and other packaging equipment.
• Safely use forklifts and trackmobiles; follow safety protocols.
• Provide samples to the Lab for testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Maintain accurate shipment, parameter, and equipment documentation; ensure smooth shift transitions.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
