Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service and logistics.
• Material Handling Certification and Forklift operation preferred.
• Dangerous Goods qualification beneficial.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems helpful.
• English preferred (reading, writing and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Create, coordinate and complete shipments between company and clients.
• Coordinate with off-site locations, suppliers and vendors to meet deadlines.
• Process orders and ensure shipment schedules are met.
• May dispatch requests to transportation providers.
• Maintain accurate transactional documentation and customer service contact.
