Job summary

The role requires prior leadership of 10–15 workers, strong multi-tasking skills, and the ability to report daily metrics to the floor supervisor. Pay is hourly at USD 19 with shift-based expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have experience leading teams of 10–15 in a warehouse within the last 3 years.
• Able to multi-task and work at a fast pace; provide a concrete example when needed.

Responsibilities

• Delegate daily tasks and provide guidance to team members.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Prepare and set up the floor for daily operations.
• Manage training initiatives and track daily headcounts.
• Monitor and report on daily operations, including PPH, chute fills, and CPP, to the onsite manager or floor supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment while meeting daily downtime targets.
