Job summary

MEI is seeking a Warehouse Lead Associate in Garland, TX to train and coach the warehouse team, coordinate daily operations, and support the supervisor and field projects. You will prepare orders, organize materials, and ensure safe handling of items using forklifts and pallet jacks.

You will manage inbound and outbound shipments, maintain inventory accuracy, complete documentation, and uphold safety standards to deliver efficient service and quality results for MEI customers.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials in a warehouse.
• Basic understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse team to maintain productivity and safety.
• Act as primary contact during supervisor absences and coordinate workflow.
• Support projects and process improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Execute daily operations: move, store, load, and unload equipment and materials.
• Receive, inspect, and process inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and condition.
• Maintain inventory records and counts.
