Job summary

MEI is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Fort Worth, TX to support daily warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order preparation. You will move, store, scan, and secure inventory while using forklifts and pallet jacks to handle goods.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient work, adherence to procedures, and teamwork with field and rigging operations to meet shipping and receiving goals. A physical, hands-on position with room for growth.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, push and pull materials and equipment in a warehouse environment.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory, and material handling.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to following safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily warehouse operations, including moving, storing, staging, loading, and unloading equipment and materials.
• Receive, inspect, verify, and process inbound and outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and condition of goods.
• Support inventory management activities by conducting inventory counts, organizing stock, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and efficiently, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and pneumatic tools.
• Prepare, stage, strap, and secure loads for transportation to ensure safe handling and delivery.
• Process orders and support administrative functions related to picking, packing, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.
• Complete required documentation and administrative records, including receiving logs, equipment inspection logs, and pre-task plans.
• Maintain warehouse documentation and records, including receipts, packing slips, shipping labels, delivery notes, and other shipping/receiving documentation.
• Monitor and update inventory records to ensure timely and accurate reporting of material movements and stock availability.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and housekeeping standards to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
• Assist with facility and equipment upkeep, including cleaning vehicles and equipment, setting up materials, and building crates or shipping containers as needed.
• Support field and rigging operations by preparing, organizing, and supplying equipment and materials required for project execution.
• Performroutine equipment inspections and report maintenance or repair needs to ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to meet daily productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
• Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while performing warehouse activities.
• Follow established safety practices and maintain a safe, organized work environment for team members and visitors.
