Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Excellent attendance history.
• Self-motivated, highly organized and customer service oriented.
• Proficient in VAI as it pertains to warehouse functions preferred.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and powered trucks; lift/pull/carry at least 50 pounds.
• Stand for entire shift, often over 8 hours.
• Work with minimal supervision; accurate and detail oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication; proficient math skills.
• Problem solving skills; able to work in a fast-paced environment with diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while performing warehouse tasks as a team member.
• Learn and perform tasks including VAI, voice pick, routes, transfers, and replenishments.
• Assist in training new employees on voice pick and operations.
• Back up Supervisor in their absence and communicate issues for resolution.
