Qualifications

• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Self-motivated, highly organized, and customer service oriented.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment and powered trucks as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and assist team members.
• Train new employees on voice pick and operations.
• Communicate issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure timely completion of transfers.
• Maintain a safe and respectful environment.
