Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for a contract role based in Romulus, MI. You will oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and claims processing, while leading an hourly workforce and ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with site leadership to drive continuous improvement, manage staffing, and maintain strong relationships with union-represented teams. On-site role with competitive pay.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervision in warehouse/logistics.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven leadership with examples of driving results.
• Experience supervising hourly teams, attendance, scheduling.
• Knowledge of SAP and EWM or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and claims processing.
• Lead hourly team; manage attendance, scheduling, and overtime.
• Drive continuous improvement and lead safety initiatives.
• Develop relationships with union representatives and ensure contract compliance.
• Maintain records, reports, and KPI monitoring.
