Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor 5 for our Burton, MI location. The role oversees warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness goals, and ensures accurate payroll timekeeping.

Responsibilities include coaching hourly staff, applying WPO, conducting daily meetings, audits, and enforcing shop rules, while prioritizing continuous improvement and adherence to local and national requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with additional technical training.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and basic math.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage shift activities.
• Analytical thinking to address complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse employees to meet safety, quality, productivity, and responsiveness goals.
• Counsel and support hourly employees with needs and concerns.
• Address performance behaviors and apply problem-solving processes.
• Apply Workplace Organization (WPO) to improve layouts and efficiency.
• Perform daily Timekeeping System updates for payroll data.
• Conduct daily meetings to communicate performance and gather feedback.
• Plan daily workloads and support shift performance.
• Enforce Shop Rules and conduct SOP audit checks.
