Job summary

Aerotek in Chicago is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, supervising associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety. You will manage receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control, while ensuring OSHA and GMP compliance where applicable.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and experience with WMS and forklifts. Shifts include 2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, with contract-to-hire potential and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory tracking processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support warehouse associates to meet productivity, accuracy, and safety goals.
• Oversee daily warehouse activities: receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Monitor workflow and adjust staffing to meet deadlines and targets.
