Job summary

MITER Brands is seeking a Shipping Lead in Temecula, CA to direct warehouse activities on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM). The role involves guiding teams, teaching processes, and ensuring safe, efficient operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The Lead will supervise and mentor staff, coordinate with shift supervisors, and maintain accurate records while accommodating seasonal production needs and mandatory overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of department operations and leadership.
• Able to read policies and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Direct activities of one or more areas for quality and productivity.
