Responsibilities

• Promotes safe, efficient, and optimal utilization of the facilities, equipment and personnel.
• Supervise the functions and working of the Cross Dock employees, delegate and assign tasks, and evaluate the work of the shift.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and SOPs and ensure the efficiency of the shift staff.
• Facilitate daily start-up meetings and discuss workflow; encourage employee feedback.
• Organize and conduct training for employees; ensure proper functioning of warehouse tools and equipment.
• Observe and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents; comply with company policies.
• Drive initiatives to achieve business results; plan daily work orders to meet customer demands.
• Work with OS&D and Inventory Control to maintain product integrity; support customer KPIs and SLAs.
• Provide leadership, document productivity, and train/counsel shift staff.
