Job summary

Responsibilities

• Directs, coordinates and oversees warehouse personnel to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Ensures daily forklift safety inspections and reports deviations promptly.
• Maintains equipment according to company standards.
• Coordinates flow of product with management and enforces safety precautions.
• Assigns labor hours and schedules daily work.
• Supports Kaizen activities to improve operations.
• Maintains a safe, clean, and secure warehouse environment.
• Trains employees and directs workflow as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
