Job summary

Thomas Foods International, USA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a high-visibility operations team. You will guide night-shift activities, coach staff, and drive improvements across shipping, receiving, and safety.

The role reports to the Director of Warehouse Operations and requires strong leadership and cross-department collaboration. Ideal candidates have a 4-year degree preference, English literacy, and 3–5 years in a food warehouse.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree preferred or equivalent experience in food warehousing.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Clear written and verbal communication across departments.
• Ability to read SOPs and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directing all warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving during night shift.
• Recruiting, retaining, and training quality staff for the warehouse.
• Ensuring proper picking, loading, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Planning work, setting goals, and maintaining KPI targets.
• Coordinating with other divisions to ensure merchandise availability.
• Reviewing bills of lading and directing reclamation of damaged merchandise.
