Job summary

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is hiring a Team Lead – Distribution Day Shift to supervise shipping and receiving, coordinate staff, and ensure safety and quality.

Qualifications

• High School education or 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills required.
• Data Processing, PC experience, and/or order entry experience preferred (Word & Excel).
• Must have the ability to set priorities based on workload, current production schedule, and turnaround requirements.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates shipping/receiving and operators for quality goals and productivity.
• Trains internal employees and temporary staff per quality and customer specifications.
• Supervises day-to-day personnel and assists in performance management by escalating issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Maintains procedures and documentation, and suggests updates as needed.
• Ensures supplies and tools are available for employees and enforces safety.
