Job summary

AIT Worldwide Logistics is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee domestic, international and cartage freight warehousing activities. You will coordinate with operations teams to ensure timely day-to-day execution and service quality across Pick Pack and Ship processes.

The role focuses on building efficient warehousing systems, meeting safety standards, and driving cost savings while supporting a global network of customers. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support warehouse operations staff in day-to-day activities for Domestic, International, Pick Pack and Ship, and Cartage Freight Warehouse.
• Meet with local warehouse suppliers and providers; use negotiation and communication to secure results.
• Establish an operations baseline and benchmark against industry standards; identify cost and service improvements.
• Supervise daily domestic service and operations activities related to cartage, freight movement, and dispatch quotes.
• Provide a warehousing system that delivers high service levels to customers; partner with Terminal/Station Manager to implement solutions.
• Review and adjust staffing to meet company goals in the warehouse department.
• Help achieve warehouse expense goals by monitoring logistics metrics with internal groups.
• Ensure safe working environment via safety programs and procedures.
• Perform other duties as needed by the business.
