NFI Industries in Greensboro, NC, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to supervise daily activities, coordinate shifts, and drive efficiency across receiving, put-away, picking and loading.

Under the direction of the Operations Supervisor, you will train staff on SOPs, ensure safe operation of material handling equipment, and maintain accurate inventory while delivering strong internal and external collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and perform under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities.
