Job summary

Fetch Package in Charleston, SC is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations and serve as a frontline leader for drivers, associates, and contractors. You will ensure accurate receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch, while modeling the Fetch standard.

This role requires distributing labor, chairing pre‑shift meetings, coaching teams, and coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to meet schedules and service commitments to residents.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations environment; prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for duration of shift.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to direct a team clearly and professionally.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure on-time execution.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings; allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Ensure SOP compliance and safety practices; maintain security procedures and shift reports.
