Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a capable warehouse leader to drive safe, accurate, and efficient receipt, storage, inventory management and distribution in support of customer requirements. You will lead teams across shifts, set priorities, and push for safety, quality and productivity improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or related field) and 5+ years in warehouse/logistics with 3+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
  • 5+ years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain with 3+ years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping across all shifts.
  • Set daily priorities and deploy resources to meet safety, quality, productivity and customer service goals.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions for performance.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
  • Hire, coach, and develop supervisors, team leaders, and warehouse staff.
  • Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, EHS, and safety requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support fulfillment and material flow.
