Job summary

Kenco Logistics is recruiting an Operations Supervisor for our Zeeland, MI area. The role directs warehouse associates, ensuring safety, quality, and efficient operations.

You will set schedules, assign duties, monitor shipping accuracy, and enforce SOPs while mentoring staff and supporting process improvements. Qualifications include a four-year degree or equivalent, 3+ years in warehousing, 6 months supervisory experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in warehousing, distribution, or related field.
• Minimum of six months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare work schedules, and expedite workflow to maximize cost effectiveness.
• Assign duties and inspect work for quality, neatness, and conformity to policies and procedures.
• Schedule job assignments for periodic and/or special inventories.
• Monitor, direct, and, when necessary, perform, the accurate shipping of outbound orders.
