Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead for our Mesa, AZ facility. This full-time role will direct warehouse operations, back up the supervisor, and support team members in daily tasks.

Responsibilities include training staff on voice-pick, using the VAI system, and ensuring accurate, timely transfers while maintaining safety and housekeeping standards. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
• Proficient with VAI in warehouse operations.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example while performing warehouse tasks.
• Back up supervisor and guide team in absence.
• Assist training of new employees on voice pick and operations.
• Identify issues and report to supervisor for action.
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards.
• Enforce policies and promote team goals and efficiency.
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure timely transfers.
• Stand in for supervisor when needed and support shift tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
