Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years in a Patterson Fulfillment Center or equivalent experience
• Proven soft skills – analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal
• Organized, strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in prioritizing and time-management

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily operations of warehouse associates.
• Supports the Department Manager or Operations Manager to meet fulfillment goals.
• Oversees Shipping, Receiving, Inventory, and Returns.
• Maintains accurate records and conducts routine audits.
• Ensures safety and sanitation standards are met.
• Manages staffing levels and performance reviews.
• Provides training and coaching to warehouse staff.
• Reviews timecards for payroll submission.
• Unloads, stages and puts away merchandise; performs cycle counts.
