Job summary

Patterson Companies in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team and help ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately and on time. You will perform order filling, checking, packing, and manifesting duties, operate warehouse equipment, and maintain a safe, organized environment while meeting daily productivity goals and quality standards.

The starting pay is $17.25 per hour plus a $1 shift differential, with Monday–Friday schedules (12pm–end of shift).

• Comprehensive problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill current or new client orders to achieve client customer satisfaction.
• Verify items against invoices and ensure correct quantities.
• Pack, label, and prepare shipments according to packing and regulatory guidelines.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain organized work area.
