Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to ensure equipment at the RDC stays fully operational.

You will lead a capable team that analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs equipment, and you’ll perform preventive maintenance while coordinating with the Maintenance Manager and contractors to complete projects on time and in compliance with regulations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years in DC/warehouse ops.
• Experience repairing conveyors, PLC, electrical, hydraulics, HVAC.
• Proven safety record and leadership ability.
• Reading blueprints and electrical schematics required.
• Experience with troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure multiple equipment types are fully operational.
• Supervise a high performing team that troubleshoots and repairs equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Manager and contractors for construction/repairs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
