This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and hands-on leadership within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 100 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse leadership role.
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to lift 75-100 pounds minimum.
• Forklift experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Building materials experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintain a clean and efficient warehouse.
• Respond to calls from the sales floor in a timely and professional manner.
• Complete pick ticket orders.
• Unload/receive all deliveries.
• Pull and stage orders for company deliveries.
• Perform rotating loading/unloading duties as assigned.
• Provide customer service.
