Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in the United States (Phoenix) is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead - Kitting Technician to supervise a warehouse team, assign tasks, and train associates. You will manage workflow for receiving, put-away, and shipping, while ensuring accurate inventory control and kit assembly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a supply chain or warehouse leadership role, 6 months with stand-up equipment, and 1 year in inventory control with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3+ years in a supply chain/warehouse lead role.
• 6 months experience operating stand-up equipment (forklift).
• 1 year experience with inventory control including cycle counts.
• 6 months experience with WMS (e.g., JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of warehouse staff.
• Assign daily tasks and shift schedules to team members.
• Train new employees and support cross-training.
• Ensure accurate receiving of goods and inventory control.
• Lead and manage workflow for Put-Away, Receiving, Shipping, and Order Selecting.
