Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead for the second shift (Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am). The role focuses on directing workflow, training associates, and coordinating daily tasks to meet customer service standards.

You will lead a team on Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, and Order Selecting, while acting as the frontline contact for associates and liaising with the Supervisor to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead or similar.
• Experience training associates and monitoring performance.
• At least 6 months experience operating stand-up order picker and reach truck; forklift certification preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and duty allocation for team members within an assigned department (Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping/Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting).
• Serve as the working-lead and initial point of contact for associates.
• Coordinate daily workloads and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Open/close and secure the building; report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
