Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead – Kitting Technician Lead in Phoenix, AZ. The role supervises a warehouse team, assigns daily tasks, and drives accuracy in receiving, inventory, and kit assembly.

The position requires hands-on leadership and coordination with supervisors to meet customer standards. Ideal candidates will have 3+ years in a lead role, forklift experience, and familiarity with WMS systems, plus a focus on training and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in a supervisory/lead role in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff; assign daily tasks and shift schedules.
• Train new employees and support cross-training; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure accurate receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control; maintain clean, safe work area.
