Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse leadership experience
• Able to operate forklift and other handling equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide support to drivers and warehouse personnel
• Oversee the efficient operation of the yard, warehouse, and all vehicles
• Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork
• Provide additional oversight to the maintenance of equipment
• Determine storage location for products
• Complete Hazardous Material shipping papers and train drivers and warehouse workers about transportation rules and regulations
• Meet and complete all regulatory safety and training requirements
• Ensure that all parts are in stock and maintain proper parts inventory
• Organize and maintain safety training and records
• Build influence across teams, advising on financial and operational matters while fostering clear communication to support organizational goals
