Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead in Springfield, MO. This on-site role leads a team in key warehouse functions and serves as the initial contact for associates. Shift is Mon-Thu, 3pm-1am, with a pay rate of $21.15/hour, plus benefits and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include training staff, monitoring production, giving feedback, and assisting the Supervisor to uphold high customer standards. Prior lead experience and forklift operation are preferred.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or completion of forklift-training within 30 days, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and direct daily workloads
• Train new associates and monitor progress
• Maintain logs and ensure accuracy of documents
• Open/close and secure the building as directed
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor
• Communicate work practices and procedures to associates
