Job summary

Zachry Group is seeking an experienced Warehouse Foreman to lead multiple warehouse crews, oversee receiving, shipping, inventory, and material distribution activities, and ensure operations are conducted safely and efficiently in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The role requires supervision experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate manpower, equipment, and schedules to meet project goals.

Qualifications

• Must have 6+ years in warehouse operations, material management, logistics, or inventory control, with at least 3+ years in a foreman or supervisory role.
• Must possess all Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities required for warehouse operations and crew supervision.
• Must be able to pass Zachry Motor Vehicle Authorization requirements if operating company vehicles.
• Must meet all physical requirements of the position.
• Must operate in a fast-paced industrial warehouse environment.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight to multiple warehouse crews through foremen.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily warehouse, receiving, shipping, inventory, and material distribution activities.
• Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, project requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and work schedules to meet operational goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of materials.
• Oversee loading, unloading, staging, and transportation of materials and equipment.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and performance of assigned warehouse crews.
• Work closely with project management, procurement, logistics, and field construction teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Assist with workforce planning, employee development, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Identify and resolve operational issues, including inventory discrepancies, material shortages, and delivery conflicts.
• Participate in planning meetings, safety meetings, and coordination activities.
• Ensure proper documentation of inventory records, material transactions, manpower reports, and production tracking.
