Staples is seeking a Lead Material Handling Equipment Operator in our Stockton, CA warehouse. You will mentor material handlers, operate forklifts and related equipment to move products, and uphold strict safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 12+ months warehouse experience, ability to pass a drug screen, and the flexibility to work overtime. Expected lifting up to 100 pounds and wearing safety shoes. 18+ years old with basic English skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train new material handlers.

• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and follow safety procedures.
• Support supervisors and cover shifts as needed.
