Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead for Providence. You will lead and manage workflow, assign duties, and serve as the initial contact for associates on the 2nd shift.

The role requires 6–12 months of warehouse and forklift experience, plus a high school diploma or equivalent. Forklift certification within 30 days is preferred. Pay is $21.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Forklift certification within 30 days of employment (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for associates and work alongside your team.
• Assign work schedules, train associates and monitor progress for the work group.
• Provide day-to-day direction and guidance to the work group.
• Responsible for daily workloads and building security as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if not self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.
