Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead for Providence. This working-lead role oversees workflow and duty allocation, serves as the initial contact for associates, and works alongside the team during the 2nd shift.

Requirements include 6–12 months warehouse experience, forklift operation experience, and a High School Diploma or equivalent. Training and advancement opportunities are provided with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Forklift operator certificate or completion within 30 days (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage workflow and duty allocation for team members within the department.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for associates and be a working-lead.
• Open and close the facility and monitor daily workloads.
• Train new associates and review records for accuracy and legibility.
• Communicate work practices and safety procedures to the team.
