Job summary

TDW seeks a Warehouse Supervisor in Tulsa, OK to direct material handlers and coordinators in daily operations across Receiving, Operations and Shipment. You will monitor orders, assist packing and ensure quality processing before shipment, while maintaining ISO compliance and a safe work environment.

You will also train staff, manage MCOF processes, and lead improvements in safety, quality and efficiency, sustaining smooth warehouse performance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years forklift operation experience.
• 3-5 years with stand-up and reach forklifts.
• 3-5 years material handling in manufacturing.
• 3-5 years shipping/receiving experience.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of warehouse staff to ensure timely material movement across Receiving, Operations, Finished Goods and Shipment.
• Monitor daily orders to ensure prompt shipping and assist in packing and reviewing goods for quality.
• Maintain MCOF process to support daily operations without PO or SO.
• Uphold ISO standards and procedures; report and correct discrepancies.
• Supervise safety practices and address any Safety Committee issues.
• Lead projects to improve safety, quality, flow and efficiency.
• Ensure proper receiving documentation and internal parts inventories are stored and delivered as required.
• Provide training to warehouse team and perform duties when needed.

What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.Each day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.OverviewResponsible for providing the day-to-day direction to material handlers and warehouse coordinators, supports the supervisor in maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating timely and accurate material deliveries and maintaining a clean and safe workplace.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties may include, but are not limited to:Coordinates the activities of the warehouse department and the alignment of personnel to ensure timely movement of material through Receiving, Operations, Finished Products and Shipment.Monitors the sales orders to be shipped throughout each day to ensure customer orders are completed promptly, assists in the packing/reviewing of all goods to ensure quality processing prior to shipment and maintains good working knowledge of shipping and packaging procedures and policies.Monitors performance and attendance of warehouse personnel and communicates to supervisor.Maintains the Material Charge Out Form (MCOF) process (a means of moving inventory without the use of a purchase order, work order or sales order) to accommodate requests necessary to support daily operations.Monitors processes on a regular basis to ensure compliance with ISO standards and procedures.
