CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Lead Warehouse Coordinator to support the Warehouse Manager during peak afternoon hours at our Kent, WA location.

This role focuses on leading team members and contractor personnel while ensuring inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and damage-free. Applicants should have warehouse experience (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution), be able to perform heavy labor up to 50 lbs, and be proficient with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, inventory, or distribution).
• Ability to perform heavy labor up to 50 lbs.
• Able to move appliances using appliance dollies/hand trucks.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel, with working knowledge of WMS.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage in the afternoons for the Warehouse team.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and damage-free delivery.

Join CRST as a Lead Warehouse Coordinator supporting Ikea, one of the world's most trusted home furniture brands.

Key Position Details

• Location: Onsite - Kent WA IKEA 6329 S 226th St, Suite 113 Kent, WA 98032, USA
• Schedule: Rotating five-day workweek consisting of one 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. shift and four 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. shifts each week.
• Compensation: This pay scale represents a good faith estimate of the hourly wage range the company reasonably expects to pay upon hire for this position: $20.82-$31.00 per hour. A final offer amount will depend on factors such as prior relevant experience, skills, and location.
• Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; prescription drug and telemedicine services; company-paid life and disability insurance; retirement savings with company match; paid time off, holidays, and parental leave; plus additional voluntary benefits and employee discounts.

About The Role

As the Lead Warehouse Coordinator, you will support the Warehouse Manager and provide essential coverage during peak afternoon hours.
