Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, Inc. in Kirkland, WA is seeking a Lead Warehouse Associate to supervise daily pick and pack, shipping, receiving and inventory control. This role requires forklift operation, safety awareness and strong teamwork.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with starting pay at $26.00 per hour and potential higher based on experience. You will mentor associates, verify outbound shipments, and ensure a clean, secure, and organized warehouse while delivering

Qualifications

5 years experience in a distribution center or warehouse preferred.
High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
Forklift experience is required and safety is essential.
Ability to lead peers and maintain safety standards.
Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory checks.

Responsibilities

Lead daily pick and pack processes per standard operating procedures.
Direct warehousing duties including loading, checking, order picking and shipping.
Supervise outbound shipments and verify against picking documents.
Assist in training, mentoring and development of associates.
Receive, verify, stage and stock incoming material.
Maintain an organized, clean, secure and safe warehouse.
Adhere to safety regulations and PPE usage.
